Pingg is a location-based social platform that allows users to share and discover real-time updates about places and events in their vicinity. The Service enables users to post content, view posts from others, and interact with location-based information.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pingg. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

You retain ownership of any content you post on Pingg. However, by posting content, you grant Pingg a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

Pingg reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We use automated filters and human moderation to maintain a safe environment.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Privacy and Location Data

Your use of Pingg is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share your exact location with other users—only approximate distances to posts and places.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. USER-GENERATED CONTENT IS NOT VERIFIED BY PINGG AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS ACCURATE OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINGG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
